By the joint efforts of everybody, DYEHOME International Trade team successfully signed five important and strategic orders in 2024.Such as DYEHOME brand order of robot supporting palletizing with Russia Customer and automatic robot machining orders, DYEHOME brand high-speed ring machine orders from Australia, Brazil customers DYEHOME brand orders, Vietnam customers DYEHOME brand orders.Achieved the annual sales target of 20 million.And year-on-year 2023, the growth rate exceeded 100%.
And in 2024, we have made significant breakthroughs in the sales and service of robot related products and automated wrapping production line, so that the sales and market share have achieved a breakthrough from 0 to 1.
At the same time, we have established good customer relationships.Customer satisfaction reached 80%;further more, 2 new customers been successfully converted into long-term stable partners. We regularly dig deep final clients, let them learn the story of our brand and company, story of our boss, which makes customers know our company's brand, supply chain construction, as well as final clients help to introduce other customer, and sell consumables (use our company's consumables, lifetime warranty).
Customized services according to customers’ requirement, like for example Korean customer increased much confidence on us, and signed an important three-years strategic cooperation agreement, including customer purchase, purchase models, etc., very thanks for the technical department colleagues’ hard work and efforts; Russian customers and Brazilian customers signed our in-depth strategic partnership agreement to determine our company as their only designated procurement center in China, which is inseparable from the development and construction of the supply chain around the wrapping machine, conveyor line, strapping machine, robot palletizer and other products of DYEHOME Company, which not only helped our team get orders, but also helps more foreign enterprises save their expenses and cost.
Our sales team had carried out 25 times training and exercises in 2024, constantly summing up sales experience, improving sales ways, improving sales efficiency and success rate, especially the customer inquiry meeting, the learning meeting within the international trade department and the summary meeting, so that everyone can learn from each other, so that two apples becomes three or more by exchanged .
The members of the international trade team cooperated closely, shared sales experience and resources, and jointly completed the sales tasks of three large projects, enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team. Recently, we participated in some domestic projects, shared the making methods of bidding documents, the psychological analysis of customers, and negotiated and signed orders to hold the bottom line according to the underlying logic of the leader.
The timely exchange of market information and customer needs within the international trade team has improved the team's work efficiency and response speed, as well as the tracking of two important customers, the assistance service, the several person service for one large customer together, provide collaborative service, so as to achieve fairness and openness, so as to satisfy customers, and improve the coordination, efficiency and authenticity of the company's customer information management.
In short, we are not very satisfied with ourselves in 2024, we have to continue change ourselves through efforts, and believe that we will have new breakthroughs in 2025!!
