Equipment Structure: Fully Automated Flow from Detection to Film Cutting
The system consists of a turntable drive, pre-stretch film carriage, photoelectric height detector, auto clamp-and-cut module, and lifting column. After a pallet is placed on the turntable, the equipment automatically measures load height and executes the programmed wrapping sequence. The powered pre-stretch unit applies consistent stretch ratios, balancing film usage and load stability. The lifting column moves smoothly and adapts to load height, while the auto clamp-cut unit completes cutting and sealing at the end of wrapping, ensuring consistency between pallets. The turntable includes soft-start and soft-stop features to reduce shock on unstable or tall loads.
Packaging Performance: Tight, Clean, and Parameter-Controlled
Users can set upper and lower reinforcement cycles, film layers, start/stop acceleration, film tension, and over-wrap height. With programmable settings, wrapping results remain uniform and controllable. For powder bags, cartons, appliances, or pressure-sensitive goods, automated wrapping prevents deformation and collapse caused by uneven manual tension.
