Packaging line production completed delivery - Dyehome Intelligent

In January 2023, Dyehome Intelligent signed a packaging line contract with an Iranian customer, including automatic top strapping machine with lance, automatic high-speed rocker arm wrapping machine, rotary platform, roller conveyor line,safety protection system, etc.

Specific action process:

1. The goods are transported to the conveyor line under the sword piercing baler through the front conveyor line, and the top pressing device of the key piercing baler station at the top presses down the goods, and starts to play the first strip. After the first strip is finished, the conveyor line will transport the goods to complete the second strip binding.

2. After the goods are strapped up, they walk out of the baling machine station and are transported to the automatic high-speed rocker arm wrapping machine station. After photoelectric positioning, the wrapping machine stops and starts to wrap film

3. After winding is completed, the goods will be transported to the rotating platform. After rotating 90 degrees, the goods will be transported to the roll line of the delivery position, waiting for the forklift to fork the goods away.
