The top-sheet unit is mounted above the rotary arm or on an independent frame, automatically dispensing film sheets over the pallet top and seamlessly bonding them with the side wrapping layers.
The complete system consists of the rotary-arm drive, pre-stretch film carriage, photo-eye height detection, top-sheet dispensing mechanism, automatic film clamping & cutting, and optional top-press plate.
The pre-stretch carriage maintains stable tension for tight film adhesion; the photo-electric system ensures accurate top-sheet alignment; the top-sheet mechanism automatically releases the correct film size and allows the rotary arm to press the sheet tightly onto the top edges, forming a stable protective seal.
