Control System:
Equipped with PLC programmable control, the number of top and bottom wrapping layers, cycles, over-top time, and reinforcement layers (0–9) can be directly set on the panel. Simple operation—just press the automatic start button to complete the entire packaging process.
Film Frame System:
The film frame features a motorized pre-stretching mechanism with a pre-stretch ratio of up to 1:2.5, reducing film consumption. The film feed speed is adjustable and controlled by an independent DC motor. The lifting column adopts a dual-chain structure for smooth and reliable operation.
Turntable Speed:
The turntable speed is adjustable via frequency conversion (0–12 rpm) and automatically resets after packaging. The turntable is made of 10mm-thick steel plate, ensuring wear resistance and minimal deformation.
Lifting Column:
